Bonnell 805 RX Electric Dirt Bike Overview

The Bonnell 805 RX is aimed at riders looking for a true electric motocross and off-road platform that sits between lightweight electric play bikes and full-size high-power e-moto machines. It makes 56 hp and 594 lb-ft of rear wheel torque while weighing 218 lb — and that torque figure is where the name comes from, since 594 lb-ft is 805 Newton-meters.

Three things separate it from everything else in the class: belt drive comes standard instead of a chain, Sirris A-Kit suspension is fitted from the factory, and the battery swaps out under the seat with your key in seconds.

FAQ

How much does the Bonnell 805 RX cost?

MSRP is $8,250. Call WMR at 772-426-3000 for out-the-door pricing including freight and setup.

Is the Bonnell 805 RX available now?

Yes. Bonnell officially launched the 805 RX on September 1, 2026. Contact WMR for current allocation and delivery timing in Florida.

How much torque does the Bonnell 805 make?

594 lb-ft (805 Nm) at the rear wheel. The model name is taken directly from the Newton-meter figure.

How much does the Bonnell 805 RX weigh?

218 lb / 99 kg. 218 lb is the confirmed production weight.

Does the Bonnell 805 RX use a chain or a belt?

Belt drive is standard, which means quieter running and far less maintenance than a chain — no lubing, adjusting, or replacing. Bonnell offers a 520 chain conversion kit as an option for riders who want one.

What is the range on the Bonnell 805 RX?

Bonnell has not published a single range figure, because real-world range on an e-moto swings enormously with ride mode, terrain, rider weight, and pace. The standard Core pack is 3.9 kWh and the optional Race pack is 4.7 kWh. Because the battery swaps in seconds with your key, most riders extend a ride day by carrying a second pack rather than chasing a range number.

Can I preorder a Bonnell 805 RX through WMR?

Call us. We'll confirm current allocation, deposit requirements, and delivery timing before anything is finalized.

Is the Bonnell 805 RX street legal?

No. Bonnell designed and intends the 805 RX exclusively for off-road use, and it is not sold as a street-legal motorcycle. Florida and local regulations govern where you can ride, so check your county and municipal rules before riding anywhere other than private property or a designated riding area.

Can I ride the Bonnell 805 RX at Florida riding areas?

Yes, at off-road parks and tracks that permit electric bikes, and most now do. See our Florida dirt bike riding areas directory for options near you.

Manufacturer specifications are measured under controlled conditions and are subject to change without notice. Actual performance varies with rider weight, terrain, tire choice, temperature, battery configuration, and state of charge. The 805 RX is intended exclusively for off-road use. Warranty coverage is subject to Bonnell's terms, conditions, and exclusions.
