The 2027 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition is a limited-run motocross weapon built to close the gap between stock and factory. It pairs KTM's all-new next-generation chassis and electronics with the same Factory Racing hardware found on Red Bull KTM's championship machines, delivering race-ready performance straight off the showroom floor.
The 450cc engine now sits 2.3 mm higher in the frame for better mass centralization, with a redesigned cylinder head, revised intake, top-feed fuel injection and an updated crankshaft for stronger low-rpm torque and sharper response. A new three-resonator exhaust broadens delivery while meeting 109 dB FIM/AMA limits, and a new engine management system with knock control, a redesigned shift drum and an updated Quickshifter keep shifts fast and smooth. A lighter frame, a 1.23 kg aluminum subframe, a new die-cast swingarm and the new 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge Spring Fork sharpen turn-in without giving up stability at speed.
