The 2027 KTM 300 XC-W HARDENDURO takes the proven XC-W platform and builds it out for the ugliest terrain on the planet — vertical rock, root-laced hill climbs, off-camber chaos where momentum is everything. Torque-rich 2-stroke power with Throttle Body Injection and separate oil injection means no premix, no jetting, and clean response from sea level to summit.
The HARDENDURO package is what separates it: signature orange frame, WP XACT closed-cartridge fork with preload adjusters, WP XPLOR PDS shock, full protection kit (radiator fan, skid plate, frame guards, front and rear disc guards), Supersprox stealth rear sprocket, pull straps, closed handguards, soft ODI grips, high-grip ribbed factory seat, and Dunlop AT 82 rubber. Designed, developed, and built in Austria.
