Husqvarna didn't just add parts to last year's bike. Both 2027 Factory Editions are built on an all-new platform, developed through extensive testing and rider feedback to deliver precise, intuitive, predictable performance from the first lap to the last.
Redesigned Power
The FC 250 gets an all-new engine with a 14,500 rpm limit and 15.5:1 compression. The FC 450's SOHC engine adds an updated head, revised cam timing and 14:1 compression. Both run top-feed fuel injection.
Re-Engineered Chassis
A frame roughly 500 g lighter with revised stiffness and new engine mounts, a 1.23 kg all-aluminum subframe, a die-cast aluminum swingarm and narrower bodywork.
WP XACT Spring Fork
The 48 mm WP XACT Closed-Cartridge spring fork beat air forks in back-to-back testing. A revised WP XACT shock and shortened suspension concept add agility, and you adjust them by hand with no tools.
Full Race Electronics
A Vitesco engine management system with knock control, plus Traction Control, Launch Control, a Quickshifter and two selectable engine maps, all on one Map Select switch.
